Product will be sent digitally.
Must be paid in USD through Paypal via Ko-fi (currently not accepting R$)
I can cancel any order if necessary at any time.
TERMS OF SERVICEThis Terms of Service agreement applies to all customers who commission/hire me. This should confirm that user have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. For larger or more complex commissions, a payment arrangement may be discussed and agreed upon by both the you and me before work begins.
2. All payments must be made through the payment method mentioned beforehand.
3. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct payment amount is sent. Any transaction fees or additional charge is within your responsibility.PROCESS
4. You must provide all necessary references and other information before work begins.
5. You are responsible for ensuring that all references and instructions provided are accurate and complete.
6. I will send updates of the process from time to time.
7. Once the finished product has been sent, You are responsible for properly saving and storing their files. I do not keep backup copies indefinitely.REVISIONS
8. Minor adjustments, such as changing colors, small details, or correcting mistakes, may be included depending on the commission.
9. Major changes, redesigns, or requests that significantly alter the original concept may require an additional fee.
10. Revision requests must be made clearly and within a reasonable period.DESIGN CREDIT
11. I can still display completed commissions in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless you requests otherwise before the commission begins.CANCELLATIONS
12. Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of the commission.
13. Customers who repeatedly violate these Terms of Service may be refused future commissions.RESPONSIBILITIES
14. You are expected to communicate clearly and respond to questions, confirmations, and revision requests in a timely manner.
15. You must review the finished product carefully and report any issues or requested revisions within a reasonable timeframe.
16. When contacting me, please state your interest straight ahead as I will not entertain "hi/hello" messages.

Prices
These are my standard commission prices. Final pricing may vary depending on the complexity and details of the requested design.
Please note: Complex designs or requests requiring significantly more work may be subject to additional charges.
